Do a sell-side QoE when you exit.
Benefits:

• You can include it in your Reps in the Purchase Agreement.
• Makes you look professional & high integrity & on top of things.
• Gives leverage & support when dealing with a Buy-Side QoE.
• Makes your advisors (especially banker) happy & confident.
• 3rd party is better at arguing for addbacks/adjustments.
Important: Don't stop the QoE once you go-to-market or when you've signed the LOI. Keep rolling the sell-side QoE until you actually sign & exit.
