I often chat with prospective searchers who want to start their journey. Recently I talked to someone who had called me for the first time seven years earlier. He’s still talking to searchers in order to determine the best time to go for it!
He didn’t remember our previous call from seven years ago, but I found it deep in my inbox (including the after-call thank you note). This is a smart, capable, resourceful person who just hasn’t found the right time to jump.
Needless to say, seven years is too long. He was hoping maybe in 2025 after his bonus would be the time. Good luck.
