Use your QoE provider to renegotiate.
If the QoE comes in light, then your QoE provider should:
(1) Connect with the seller.
(2) Inquire about the variances between the internal P&L and the QoE.
(3) Suggest that the variance is likely to affect the valuation.
This way your seller is ready when you come to the table with a request to restructure.
