A tax strategist is fairly commoditized. A tax strategist for XXX is highly specialized.
Knowing who you service is so incredibly strategically important.
This person, who previously worked at In-N-Out Burger (100% true story!!!), receives inbound leads because of industry expertise, a customized service offering, and word of mouth. A clearly identified customer profile makes everything easier and should drive strategy; what you offer, how you advertise, capabilities you need, etc.
