Socialize deals early with lenders, maybe even before the LOI. Gauge their appetite, get feedback to form a sources & uses draft, submit your LOI with enhanced confidence.
For equity, however, wait until the deal is more fully-baked. Make sure the QoE and DD are tracking well. Fundraising is all about momentum; don't lose it with a false start.
