• Share highlights regarding capital access.
• Seek iterative feedback on structures & offers.
• Name-drop add-on acquisition targets.
• Invite the banker to help with buy-side advisory post-closing.
• Show constant motion (start QoE & legal, do site visits, etc.).
• Bring senior advisors and large investors into the dialogue.
• Be intense (in a positive way). Hustle is infectious.
