For sponsors in America, it’s all about carving out a niche and/or crafting a differentiated narrative. But in countries like Guatemala (this episode) and Romania (earlier episode), you can dominate the space and achieve market leadership. As a first mover, you need to build a moat through network, brand, and track record.
