Include spouses in your reporting, especially with retail investors.
Most of our investors at Minds Capital are HNWIs, predominantly males. Many are married. Some ask to include their wives on our group-email-listserv.
The wives love it! They feel included, it enhances the sense of transparency, they benefit from the updates & educational content, and it solidifies the relationship ahead of future fundraises.
