Just wrapped up an inspiring session with our new apprentices at Service Star Brands! I met 10 incredible gentlemen selected from a pool of 200 applicants for our exclusive HVAC field technician apprenticeship program.
As I shared our company vision and their pivotal role in our growth, I expected questions about the nitty-gritty of daily operations. Instead, these future HVAC experts surprised me with curiosity about me – hobbies, books, pets, travel, and soccer teams. Yes, I do like Haaland (who’s from the same town as me) even though I’m a United fan (!).
It was a powerful reminder that, at the core, what matters most is building connections. Their genuine interest in others will serve them well when they service homeowners in the field. Excited to see this team grow and thrive over the next two months!
