An advisory board is a great accountability partner. Advisors don’t need a formal arrangement or hefty compensation. Weekly emails, monthly calls, quarterly strategy sessions, etc. People with grey hair look good on your website too. It’s an audience for your thoughts and amplifies your network. Having a board for your portcos is obvious; why not for your independent sponsor shop as a whole too?!
